Norcon announces that the Company has been informed that on 27 April 2012, Arnold Rørholt, Chief Executive Officer of Norcon, purchased 3,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the share capital of the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) at a price of 32 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this purchase, Mr Rørholt holds 2,743,001 Ordinary Shares, representing 5.62 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
